Here’s Kathy, the frolicking lamb and one of the little dogs. The lamb was busy searching for something tasty it imagined was in Kathy’s pocket.

The hamlet of Kato Zakros. Picture perfect. Today we are going to walk out past that headland in the distance in search of a large cave and a Minoan ruin.
Did you do any Easter things?
Hi Diane, short answer is, besides eating lamb – no we didn’t. We are a bit disappointed but between the massive storm and the power outages we guess that put a damper on many festivities. We heard a few church bells and a few random parties but other than that – sadly – not a thing. For us it was non eventful.
A beautiful Kalimera to you Diane. We think the wee lamb was too small for dinner. It really seemed more like a pet. This is how we decided that scenario should unfold anyway. The thought of bringing “dinner” out with the family dogs for coffee and a sidewalk romp before the slaughter seemed a bit ….. hopefully…… Odd.
I wonder if that frolicking lamb is going to be on somebody’s Easter dinner plate soon!
